Travel information
General information about Belgrade can be found at Official site of Belgrade and at the Belgrade Wikipedia page.
Visas
Citizens of most countries do not need a visa for a short stay in Serbia. Nevertheless, you should check if you need one, here. If you do need a visa, please contact the Local Organizing Committee before applying for the visa.
Reaching Belgrade by plane
Once you arrive to the Nikola Tesla Airport, you can reach the Belgrade city center either by bus or by taxi. The bus is cheaper but has a fixed route and timetable. The taxi is more expensive but faster and can drive you directly to your destination.
If you decide to travel by taxi, please contact the TAXI INFO desk at the airport (in the baggage reclaim area), and ask for a taxi to your destination. Make sure to take a receipt at the information desk which contains the name of your destination and appropriate price for the taxi service. The taxi fare to the city center should be around 3000 RSD (26 EUR).
Reaching Belgrade by train or bus
For information about the timetables and tickets for trains and buses to Belgrade, please see the Serbian Raiways and Belgrade Bus websites.
Reaching Belgrade by car
There are two major highways going through Belgrade, E70 and E75. Both highways cross the Sava river at the same Gazela bridge, followed by Mostar Interchange, which is a recommended point to exit the highway. From there, Belgrade city center can be easily accessed.
